Resize with the right dimensions

Screen images are measured in pixels. Reducing the pixel count is the single most effective way to make a heavy image light, and it costs far less visible quality than aggressive compression. Use the free resizer when you know the dimensions, a preset when you are publishing to a specific platform, and percentage scaling when you simply want everything a bit smaller.
